There are two levels of use for creatine, which are; Loading and holding stage. During the loading phase (first 5 days), mix 5 grams of creatine powder with 150 ml of water and drink it four times a day. Maintenance phase: In this phase, daily consumption of 5 grams before and after training is recommended.
